Support details will be available before checkout opens.
Information we use
We use your email, recipient name, story, message, lyrics and music choices to create and deliver your songs. Only submit information you have permission to share. We do not need sensitive personal data.
Providers and purposes
Your story and lyrics are sent to KIE for AI generation when you request a preview, before payment. Stripe processes payments; we do not store card numbers. Resend delivers order emails. Service providers may process data outside your country. We process order data to provide the service, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
Private access and retention
Order links and secure cookies grant private access. Anyone with your recipient gift link can open that gift. Unpurchased previews are removed after seven days; purchased audio is retained for 90 days. Download your files promptly. Payment and accounting records may be kept longer where legally required. Drafts are stored in this browser for up to one day.
Cookies, analytics and your choices
Essential cookies protect orders and payment sessions. Optional analytics and advertising measurement run only after consent. They exclude story text, names and email addresses. You can withdraw consent using Analytics preferences. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion, or exercise rights under applicable data protection law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
